I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian and founder of InnovEAT Nutrition. I started this practice because I believe nutrition care should be practical, personalised and built around you. Not a generic handout.
I completed my Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong, with clinical training across major NSW Health hospitals. Outside the clinic I have lived and breathed sport my whole life. I played football and tennis from a young age, swam competitively and have always had a deep love for endurance training. Today I combine weekly football with structured weight training, so I understand firsthand what it takes to fuel a body that trains hard across multiple disciplines.
That lived experience shapes everything I do. I listen first, then build something that fits your actual life and your actual goals.
Clinical training was completed across St George Hospital, Liverpool Hospital, Orange Health Service and Macquarie Hospital. Experience spans ICU, oncology, renal, orthopaedics, paediatrics, surgical, aged care, mental health and more, across both major NSW Health teaching hospitals and community settings.
